Downstairs, or on the ground level is 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath. Nice rustic looking living room with fireplace and ceiling beams and full kitchen, washer/dryer. Large deck off the back and a 6 person hot tub, and beautiful view of the river. Gas grill is available.

Rates start at $200-$350 plus tax per night depending on how many people, how many nights, whether weekend or weekday.
